You can simply drag these onto the Virtual PC "eject floppy" button, and Virtual PC will use (and boot from) them. I've tried to make it easy by including various Windows boot floppy images in Macintosh DiskCopy format. Installing and configuring Windows is usually a tedious and frustrating process.
